Jesse was born into the lineage of Jessie Lee Flowers Jr. and Doris Spencer on July 11, 1988. He was preceded in death by his father in 2017.

Jesse entered eternal rest on Friday, September 4, 2026. His passing is deeply mourned by his two daughters Zy'Jahnae Grey and Ja'Xyah Spencer; his mother Doris Spencer, his sister Jessica Flowers; and his brother Kevin Epps. He will forever be remembered by his nephews, Jaylin Broadus, Jerome Broadus, and Jacorian Flowers, his niece Kailynn Epps; along with a loving host of other relatives and friends.

Jesse's life will be celebrated with a Balloon Release on Saturday, September. Attendees are asked to bring red, black or white balloons to release in his honor.
