Joe Earl Baldwin was born August 5, 1957 in Davidson, Oklahoma to Lola Mae Collins and George W Wagner.
Joe spent his final years in Dallas, Texas, and passed away on January 23, 2026. He lived his life with an incredible spirit, and although he is no longer with us physically, his charismatic personality and dependable nature will forever resonate in our hearts.
Joe attended public school in Oklahoma. He later moved to Wichita Falls, Texas, where he worked various odds and ends jobs. While there, met his long life love, Ms. Nancy Richardson. From this union, they had one son, Joe Lee Richardson, of Wichita Falls. Joe was a step father to her children and grandchildren all of Wichita Falls.
Joe loved Westerns, music, and dominos. He was a man of resilience and dedication. Joe legacy is not just in his deeds but also in the lives he enhanced and the hearts he warmed.
Joe departed this life on January 23, 2026 Joe is preceded in death by his mother, Lola Mae Collins and father, George W Wagner, sister Shirley Gildon, brothers Roy and James Baldwin, Mike and Lester Collins, Troy Gildon.
He cherish his memories: Son Joe Lee Richardson, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, brothers Donald Baldwin (Judy) Trenton Gildon (Yolanda), sisters Tonya Thomas (Kenneth) and Debbie Collins (Derrick), special cousin/sister Rosetta Perry (Jr.), and a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
