Preceded him in death is his grandfather David Womack Jr. and Grandmother Nettie Mae Wade Womack, Great grandmother Julia Gidden Wright, six uncles Derwood Glen Womack, Wilbert Anthony Womack, Stacy Wright, James Lee Rattler Jr., Kedrick Rattler and Amos Rattler.
