Theodore Lee Steen was born on November 6th, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, to Goldie Mae Steen and Johnny Lee Frazier

He spent his final years in Dallas, Texas and passed away on April 6th, 2026. Theodore was a man of resilience and dedication. He worked for C.C. Young Nursing Home.

In his leisure time, he loved being with friends and family, watching Tubi movies, and shopping at Walmart and Sam’s. He was married to Karla Flynn Steen for 24 years.

Theodore was preceded in death by his parents, Goldie Mae Steen and Johnny Lee Frazier; his sister Pearline Steen; and his brothers Stanley Steen and Rayford Steen.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his sister Debra Steen and Joyce Winston; his son, Nicholas Flynn; three grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and friends.

His legacy lives on not only through his family but also through the countless lives he touched and changed for the better.
