Tommy was preceded in death by his parents Dora Mae Adams and Lacy Earl Adams Sr; Siblings, Roy Lee Cook, Juanita Cook, Lacy Earl Adams Jr, Clifford Ray Adams, David Earl Adams, Diane Adams, Wanda Adams, Betty Jean Adams. Niece, Wanda Joyce Adams; and other beloved family members who welcomed him into eternal rest.
